I am well known in my circle of friends and family as the one who’s eating “grass”. Why don’t I admit it, I enjoy eating green leafs and the one reason is because they bring all the freshness into my senses. I usually combine salad leafs with some other fresh vegetables or sometimes with fish, meat or cheese.

This time I will tell you about my tuna salad. To find really fresh tuna in a non-maritime area every day could be hard so I buy the one in the jar.tuna salad

For what I am about to eat I use these ingredients:

Tuna al natural in a jar

Corn beans

Red paprika

Boiled eggs

Red onion

Baby spinach

Rocket leaves

Salt & pepper

Olive oil

Lemon

After you make sure you have all the ingredients, next step will be to mix them as you like and make sure you don’t forget the salt & pepper. I like to grind the pepper myself; it gives a certain aroma to the dish. After everything is mixed you just add some slices of the boiled egg on top. It will look something like in the picture and taste yummy!!!
